Volunteers provide the required support to ensure that all compliance issues related to the above duties are addressed.
As a local group, our aim is that there will be a very positive and pleasant social aspect to participating as a volunteer in the local Community Centre.
Through good organisation and with more volunteers, the duties of any one of us individually should not be unduly demanding.
Booterstown Community Centre is a long established, independent small local voluntary organisation that holds a valuable property in trust in a legal charity structure. Volunteers support the trustees who are themselves experienced and active volunteers.
Over recent years many local people have participated and ensured that the Community Centre is well maintained, well financed and well governed.
