WimHof BREATHING METHOD
You can be happy, healthy and strong by simply using your breath, focus and gradual exposure to the cold.
This method has been scientifically proven to work and I can teach you how.
You can use your mind to control your lungs.
You can use your lungs to control your breath and you can use your breath to control your nervous system.
You can use it to feel how you feel right now.
People used to think that was impossible.

50 YEARS AND COUNTING
Challenges for Other Activities and Suggestions
- In its first two decades, up to 2010, the Centre had a prominent role in the local community with vibrant local involvement. Activities tended to be organised and run by the committee members.
- From 2011 up to 2020, the Centre experienced declining local involvement due to changing social patterns and availability of more local facilities such as the Pastoral Centre beside the Church.
- During this period, a Montessori school was established and places in it are still highly sought after.
- In the evenings and at weekends, the Centre was increasingly used by third parties but required caretaking by volunteer committee members.
- An Annual Art Exhibition was also held with fund raising to support local causes.
- Post Covid, as well as the continued operation of the Montessori school, a successful Afterschool Club has also been established.
- Evening activities are currently on an exceptional basis only. This is necessary due to the limited number of volunteers and also the increased Health and Safety requirements.
- The new multi-room Pastoral Centre beside the Church has excellent facilities and car parking and is better suited to host the type of activities that were previously held in the Centre.
- At weekends, continuing support is being provided for established activities.
